Appointments in the Covid-19 Protection Framework
Dear Valued Patients,
We hope that you & your loved ones are all safe and well.
The surgery is open but due to the extra Covid-19 precautions we must take to keep us all safe, online bookings are temporarily unavailable.
To make an appointment please phone the surgery on 09 527 8088
We will be screening all patients who call to assess their Covid risk and a Covid-19 Questionnaire will be emailed to you when you have made your appointment. Where possible we ask that you answer all questions online prior to your appointment.
Please note when you come for your appointment you will be required to:
- Wait in your car prior to your appointment
- Wear a mask
and - Sign in using the Covid-19 Tracer App
If you are not vaccinated would you please contact reception before making an appointment. We require you to present us with a negative RAT test on the day of your appointment & we prefer the appointment to be at the end of the day. This is necessary for the safety and protection of our staff and patients. Thank you.
We would appreciate it if all patients would continue to wear masks when they come into the practice in order to protect those of our patients who are immune compromised or at risk. Thank you for your cooperation.
